Tube Float Fun on the Shenandoah River<\/h2>\n\n\n

What a great way for family and friends to enjoy the river, just floating along with the current. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our tube float begins at our base and lasts about 3 hours and we have a few different trips depending on water levels and conditions to ensure you get the best float possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tube floats should ideally take between 3 and 4 hours. Any longer and the tube starts to chafe as sunburn and dehydration ensues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have your own tube? That’s nice, but the price is the same as if you were renting. Tubes are cheap, it’s all about the service. Double tubes, double the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TUBING TIPS<\/strong>
Remember to slather on plenty of sun screen and stay hydrated. A hat is a good idea and water shoes of some sort are an absolute must, so please do not attempt to go barefoot. Be smart about beverage consumption. We understand the party atmosphere with many tubing groups and we want you to relax and have fun, but stupid drunkenness is not cool and will not be tolerated. Finally, please be careful not to litter up this beautiful river, and take NO GLASS CONTAINERS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DISCOUNTS<\/strong>
To receive quantity discounts, tube groups must pay as a group, not individually. 10 percent<\/strong> discounts for groups of 20 or more for any activity on any day. 20 percent<\/strong> discounts for any activity on any day regardless of group size for: Scout troops on official outings and School groups participating in sanctioned school events. Hey kids the remarkable beauty of the Shenandoah Valley.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Guests over 285 lbs. may want to consider a small raft for a more pleasant experience and avoid dragging in low water conditions.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lovely float paralleling the Shenandoah River State Park and finishing in the park itself. This is an excellent section for bird and wildlife enthusiasts. This is our standard trip on weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
